Recommendation 1 Introduce New Marketing Tactics

-More advertising on digital platforms

-Popup Shops and partnerships with hospitals and department stores

-LoveRose Soiree: LoveRose members come together and share their stories/ build a community. -Fashion Shows: LoveRose will showcase new releases

Recommendation 2

Enhance Packaging and Logo Design

LoveRose lingerie will be packaged in a washer and dryer safe bag. The bag will be inside the LoveRose main box packaging. The new LoveRose logo will incorporate the brand colors, a rose, and a heart.

Recommendation 3

Increase Activity on Social Media

LoveRose’s Social Media accounts will have more activity regarding: Interesting facts about keeping one’s breast healthy, inspirational quotes, testimonials, LoveRose Instagram Live stories, and notifications about new LoveRose Lingerie release dates.

Recommendation 4

Post Mastectomy Surgery Brochure

This Brochure will be given to the outgoing patient at hospitals. Included in the brochure is the background of LoveRose, testimonials, prices, sizes, colors, and how to order instructions.

Recommendation 5

LoveRose Messenger

On the LoveRose Website will be a chatbot/messenger feature that will answer any questions the inquiring customer might have.
